Learning Through Play with Play Dough

Did you know children can learn a lot from play?  Just playing with Play Dough alone inspires creativity, stimulates the senses and improves fine motor skills, just to name a few.  With your help your children can learn their colours, how to count and even shapes.  With a little imagination the possibilities are endless.

One very important part of teaching your child is not to force a young child into an activity that they have no interest in, or if your child is getting frustrated because they can’t get it right.  Just back off and wait. Forcing your child is one of the most damaging things a parent can do. It’s more important that your child has a positive and happy experience with you than what they learn.  There is no rush, let them learn at their own pace and you will foster a positive attitude toward learning.  This is one lesson I learned the hard way.

Yes the video is true. This does happen in places where people are very poor and everywhere. Even though we pay a lot for our healthcare insurance it won't pay for much at alland will find loop holes for paying. I am on my death bed and one foot in the grave before I go to the doctors office. My step daughter had surgery on her eye and we used our insurance and her mothers and stepfathers insurance as well 2 of them and they have found loopholes to not pay so now we have to split the bill between us on what was not covered. Our system in the USA sucks and I hope and pray it will change when we have a new president. If you have not watched the whole thing I strongly urge you to. Especially to see what Michael Moore does to get some people some help.....I was happy and in tears. They went to cuba to get help and one womans inhaler she pays 120 dollars for in the USA she got there for 5 cents!!!! I started crying.

Thankyou for stopping in my journal!!!
